Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Prestige Pour Mobile Bartending for your special event. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review our booking policies below. - Booking & Retainer A signed service agreement and a non-refundable retainer fee of 25% are required to secure your event date. Dates are not guaranteed until both the contract and retainer are received. Remaining balances must be paid in full no later than 3 days prior to the event date. - Event Details Clients must provide final guest count, venue information, and event timeline at least 14 days before the event. Any significant changes to the event may result in additional fees. - Alcohol Policy Prestige Pour Mobile Bartending is a dry hire service unless otherwise specified by law. Clients are responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, underage, or disruptive. Valid identification is required for all guests consuming alcohol. - Travel Fees Travel designated service areas may be included. Additional travel fees may apply for events outside the 30 mile service radius. Any parking or venue-related access fees are the responsibility of the client. - Setup & Breakdown Prestige Pour Mobile Bartending requires adequate setup and breakdown time before and after each event. Clients must ensure access to the venue during agreed-upon setup times. - Cancellations & Refunds Retainer fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. In the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule services when possible. - Liability Prestige Pour Mobile Bartending reserves the right to end bartending services if conditions become unsafe, illegal, or violate alcohol service laws. Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue permits alcohol service and complies with local regulations. - Gratuity Gratuity of 15% is applied for any party of 15 or more guest By booking with Prestige Pour Mobile Bartending, clients agree to comply with all policies listed above to help create a safe, enjoyable, and professional event experience.
